Role of the Parent

Any Learner Can Improve their Brain Because of Brain Plasticity and Brain Fitness.

Basic brain skills, such as how it organizes information, memory span, the attention span, processing speed, and sequencing, are highly plastic, meaning that they are subject to change and modification. If we change brains in a positive way in a young child, we can actually change the child’s learning potential.

The Brain You Were Born With Is Not A Limiting Factor, But An Opportunity to Achieve Your Life’s Potential.

Because the brain is so plastic, you are not stuck with the brain you are born with. The brain can be trained to be better and better, more and more fit. This is a very exciting part of science and education.

The Role of Parents in Building Brain Fitness

The most important thing that a parent can do is recognize that brain fitness can be developed.

The parent is the steward of the child’s health and learning. Keep in mind that your child’s learning is connecting to and radiating in every dimension of their being – their physical health, cognitive health, emotional health, and social health. The more you can do to track all these factors, the more you will be helping your child to learn.
